- All our villas have private swimming pools for you to make the most of your vacation.
- As villas are privately owned, most villas will require an upfront deposit during check-in, to cater for any damages. The entire amount is refunded on check-out if there is no damage.
- The indicative pricing is for at least 4* courses. You may select your preferred courses, and we shall customise the package with revised prices.
- Airport transfers are priced for the entire group arriving and departing together. For exceptions, additional transport can be arranged at attractive rates.
- While we take care of golf transfers, transport can be booked through local apps at reasonable price for other activities and local travel. Grab and Bolt are apps that can be readily used. Please download and sign up before you leave India.
- Our packages do not include meals. Food arrangements at the Villa have to be made by the guests; online platforms like Grab are available which deliver food very quickly. This would enable flexibility in preferences and ordering of food. If required at Pattaya, chef can be arranged at additional cost.
- We found it very convenient to hire a 2-wheeler for quick movement around. They are readily available at very reasonable prices. If you are a little adventurous, go for it. Don't forget to ask for a helmet also.
- For local sightseeing/ activities, we can connect you to providers at attractive prices. Please see link at optional extras.
- Breakfast is available at most courses at a cost, but the options are limited and often not appealing to the Indian palate. You may consider carrying some items from any 7-11 store enroute.
- Though caddie cost is included in the package, it is customary to tip them after the game (there are no laid down price, but a minimum of THB 400/- is advisable).
- 24 x 7 departmental/ grocery stores are available nearby the Villas to order for breakfast/ liquor/ grocery. Please note that liquor is generally not sold from late morning to afternoon hours.
- Golf sets on rent are available at attractive rates starting at INR 1,500/- per day.
